Is $4,800 to drywall an L-shaped bathroom a fair price?
Project Details
Our L-shaped bathroom has 2 short, arched walls. The total paintable/tiled surface is 480 sq ft or 64 linear ft of wall (including windows and doors). I expected the cost to be around $2800, based on experience from about 8 years ago, so I assume the cost just went up with inflation, but my partner has sticker shock. We are only contracting for plumbing rough-in, electric rough-in, and drywall. We will tile, frame, demo, paint, and install finishings ourselves.
