Is $10,000 to move toilet a fair price?

This bathroom in our new place is driving me crazy; I hate going in there because it doesn’t make any sense. There’s a drawer and cabinet to the right of the toilet that I can’t open all the way because there’s not enough room, and there’s a 50% chance my leg will touch the toilet while I wash my hands. I cannot fathom why they didn’t just have a smaller vanity and place the toilet perpendicular to where it is now. I’ve thought of just getting a small vanity and then using the empty space in the corner for a laundry basket or something, but I still think it would look weird. The vent is broken, and the tile and grout job is so bad that I don’t really want to show those off. We fell in love with the house, but the bathrooms weren’t pictured in any of the listing ads, so we conveniently forgot what they looked like. Now that we’re actually moving in, I'm not wearing the rose-tinted glasses anymore.
