Is $650 to replace damaged drywall around tub a fair price?

I have repaired some holes myself but feel a little uneducated about how to go about this. I am starting to hear the floor creaking so I want to get a jump on it before it gets worse. I imagine this is from a shitty caulk job because there’s tons of gaps/cracks I can see water able to get through. I plan to fix this and then recaulk the whole tub.
