Is $1,700 to refinish an existing 44" wide jet tub a fair price?
Project Details
My tub is an older jet tub and is quite wide at 44". I want to keep the wide tub, but we have to renovate the tub and tiles as some tiles have broken. The tub is grey, while the toilet and sink are newer and white. I can't even find a tub that wide that's anywhere close to a reasonable price, and there are no tub surrounds that are 44" wide anymore. I also looked into Swanstone solid surface panels, but they are $2000 for one panel here in Canada.
