Is $40,000 to rebuild a 660 sqft deck with composite materials a fair price?

I live near Seattle (an expensive area). My house has a 20x33 deck that is near the end of its lifespan. The structure has joists spaced 24 inches on center, which is not recommended for composite. The deck sees very light use.
