Is $8,100 to renovate and build a new 14'x14' deck a fair price?

Project Details

My current deck is 12‘ x 12’ and 9’ off the ground. We feel like he is just getting his business started and wants to get some jobs under his belt. He did a screened in porch for someone else in my neighborhood and it looks good. Might be a dice roll.
