Project Details

Water intrusion from an improperly managed install of the LVL 40 years ago caused structural issues. The deck was found to be held up by a 2x6 facade and a previous undisclosed 'repair' with bondo was discovered after pulling off siding. The project started as a simple railing and screen system but turned into a structural repair.
