Is $71,000 to replace an elevated deck with a screened enclosure, roof, and under-deck living space a fair price?

Project Details

I am in a MCOL area outside of Atlanta. I have received several quotes and this contractor is in the middle range. Another quote I received was nearly $70k just for the deck and concrete without the roof or screened enclosure.

Quote Details

Complete replacement of an elevated deck with a multi-level outdoor living area including: - 16x23 composite material deck construction - Shed style roof over the upper deck - Screened-in enclosure for the upper level - Electrical package including lights and fans - Under-decking ceiling system to create a dry space below - Lighting and fan installation for the lower level - 16x24 concrete pad poured underneath the structure
