



Is $20,000 to teardown and rebuild a small deck a fair price?
Project Details
A friend of mine is having his small deck replaced. The platform is around 4-5 feet high. I am concerned about the structural integrity, specifically the use of surface-level concrete pads instead of deep footings below the frost line.
