Is $1,600 to professionally stain a deck a fair price?
Project Details
I recently had part of my deck redone. The existing stain is water-based solid, but I'm considering an oil-based stain for the new sections due to intense sun exposure (8-9 hours daily). I need the best UV protection and am unsure whether to use a solid color oil stain or revert to solid water-based.
