Is $20,000 to rebuild a collapsed deck a fair price?
Project Details
I had this deck built about a year and a half ago. The builder submitted plans, and it was approved by the county. This is a new build with fresh backfill all around the foundation. I'm trying to determine if the original deck builder is responsible for the collapse.
