Is $14,000 to redo composite decking and vinyl fences a fair price?
Project Details
I received two identical quotes for this work from two separate reputable contractors, and I'm trying to determine if the $14,000 price is fair. One of the contractors recently completed a new deck with stairs for my neighbors, which makes me wonder if something might be off with my quote. My township requires permits for everything, and I assume the contractors are aware of this. I'm unsure about the hardware details. Based on some feedback, I'm starting to think the quote might be decent.
