Is $10,000 to replace deck boards and stairs with trex transcend lineage a fair price?

Got a quote for just replacing my boards and stairs with Trex Transcend Lineage and I am concerned it is too low. Guy is direct from the Trex site but his quote is 6k less than elsewhere. I think the boards alone if I bought the material myself (not including the stairs are 10k) to cover 380 sq ft of deck and his quote is 10k. Do they get a good discount from Trex on material or something? It seems off.
