Is $325 to add an electrical outlet for a bidet near the toilet a fair price?

Project Details

I'm looking to install a bidet that requires an electrical outlet, but I don't have one near my toilet. My number one priority is to not damage any of the existing tiles on the walls. There's a GFCI outlet on the opposite wall by the medicine cabinet and a few ceiling lights. The wall where the outlet would be installed is drywall and sounds hollow. It's a conjoining wall to the house next door, as I live in a townhouse. I'm a little hesitant about the proposed solution and would appreciate any advice or personal experiences.

Quote Details

The proposed method for adding an electrical outlet near the toilet involves: - Making two small holes in the drywall at the very top of the wall where it meets the ceiling. - Fishing wires through these holes. - Dropping wires down the wall cavity. - Installing a new outlet box next to the toilet.
