Is $5,000 to install 220 linear feet of 4-foot tall galvanized chain link fencing a fair price?

I am looking to fence in my backyard to keep my dog in. One side is already fenced by a neighbor. I priced out materials at a local hardware store for around $1,700 and was expecting a total cost between $3,000 and $4,000.
