Is $300 to replace a stair reducer with a flush stair nose a fair price?
Project Details
We had carpet replaced with hard flooring on a landing, and the original installer added a reducer on top of the existing stair. We plan to add a carpet runner. A new flooring crew doing sanding and staining suggested this change, though it will result in that step being slightly higher than the others.
