Is $25,500 to install 2300 sq ft of AC5 laminate flooring with demo and herringbone pattern a fair price?
Project Details
I wanted to do matching color herringbone in the living area. I could not find a LVP that looked like wood in a natural light color, so laminate looked most like real wood. I know waterproof is probably water resistant but I will keep tile in the bathrooms. I have pets and kids so I was thinking laminate for easy maintenance. Before getting these quotes I was actually budgeting it would be about $8-10 a sq ft. Are flooring companies already increasing prices ahead? They told me there were not increases yet but they expect it next month.
