Is $4,500 to install living room flooring (labor only) a fair price?
Project Details
I currently have brand new carpets that can be removed. I really want to try to do this project myself but I have no experience in such things. I asked for a quote from a contractor and he charged $4500 without material, which I think is ridiculously high.
