I just bought a house with a 3-car garage, and the floor needs to be cleaned up. I've received a couple of quotes, and there's a huge price difference. I'm concerned if the companies advertising a 1-day install are doing shoddy work, as I'm willing to pay more if it means a more truthful timeline and better quality. It seems clear from responses that a 1-day job might be shoddy, as drying, curing, and prep work require time.
