Is $25,000 to install a concrete floor in a 30x54 garage a fair price?

Project Details

I built a 30x54 garage last year and was planning on putting in a concrete floor this year, but I might be moving within a year. I am considering if the investment is worth it for resale. I am located in the Midwest and do not plan on heating the floor. Currently, the ground level is over a foot below where the finished floor would be.
