Is $8,975 to replace carpet with engineered hardwood a fair price?
Project Details
I'm planning to replace the carpet on the second floor of my home with engineered hardwood. I will take care of furniture myself. The baseboard is fine, but it needs shoe mold. I'm not professional but it seems some nailing work would be needed to remove squeezing noise. My house age is less than 20 years.
