Is $12,000 to install AquaGuard LVP flooring a fair price?
Project Details
I am looking to replace the current carpet with LVP flooring, including a good-sized staircase. I am concerned about the stairs being slippery after the LVP installation. I plan to stay in this house for a long time, possibly forever, so I am considering if the more expensive Coretec option is worth the extra cost. I've read good things about Coretec and advice to stay away from Floor & Decor contractors, which makes me lean towards the more expensive quote. I also clarified with the Coretec company that the stair quote includes both labor for the stairs and the actual nose for the treads. The stairs have 3 slightly wider steps at the bottom but are otherwise pretty standard.
