Is $5,000 to install Shaw Nylon carpet in upstairs rooms and stairs a fair price?

I recently received this quote for carpet and am wondering if the pricing is good, bad, or average. I haven't purchased it yet and am planning to get a few other quotes. I'm also a bit confused because Costco refers to a local shop for the actual quote. I'm in Colorado and have heard about a place in Denver that sells slightly irregular carpet at good prices, which I'm curious about. I'm hesitant to go through Lowe's or Home Depot due to mixed reviews.
