Is $5,490 to supply and install karndean lvt and tuscany carpeting throughout a 3-bedroom home a fair price?

I'm purchasing a 3 bed new build in the UK (East of England) which doesn't include flooring. I've had a quote for just under £5.5k. I have no idea if this is cheap, reasonable or expensive? The LVT is mid-range Karndean and the carpet was about £23/sqm.
