Is $8,000 to refinish existing solid hardwood floors a fair price?
Project Details
We have a baby, so the chunks of wood filler coming out of our existing solid hardwood gaps are a safety concern. We are debating between refinishing the current floors or replacing them with engineered wood. The basement beneath these rooms is not insulated, and there are some uneven areas on the existing floors.
