Is $17,500 to install interior basement waterproofing with sump pump discharged 35ft away a fair price?

I am looking to get my basement waterproofed and have had two companies come out and take a look (have one more scheduled to come out still) and got two very different quotes but the same general fix. I am fully away the information provided might not be enough so I am open to questions for those who have them.
