Is $50,000 to perform crawlspace remediation and encapsulation a fair price?

The issue was discovered by my HVAC company during their regular service appointment, and they were the ones to provide the quote. I am trying to determine how urgent this is and if any of these are 'nice to haves' that the company is padding on.
