Is $2,000 to fix a broken HVAC blower motor a fair price?
Project Details
My HVAC broke overnight and there is a humming sound that goes on around 4 seconds, stops, and continues from the vents. A tech from a small business came out and told me the blower motor was out and that my coils were covered in paint (most likely from a spray paint job and using HVAC). I am new to the homeowners life and dealing with maintenance for the first time.
