Is $250 to replace micropower guard 5” hepa class air cleaner filter a fair price?

I am trying to find a replacement filter for this system of mine. It was installed by OneHour AC and they're charging $250 for this filter, which absolutely blows my mind. I specifically need a 5" cartridge with the proprietary hole they have on the back and I can't find it anywhere.
