Is $1,000 to replace blower motor a fair price?

My furnace/AC unit is only 2 years old. I noticed it wasn't moving air and saw error code B1. The company that installed it says the blower motor is under warranty, but the labor to replace it is $1000, which seems extremely expensive to me.
