Is $1,250 to replace the furnace control board a fair price?
Project Details
Technician came yesterday to replace a broken wheel after replacing the motor a few days prior. My fan and heat were working just fine before all of this, though it was loud. After my wheel was replaced, he tried to turn on the furnace and it would not go. This broken piece does not look like something the unit could have done on its own. Does this look like human error and now he’s trying to get me to pay to fix it?
