Is $438 to add 3 lbs of R-410A refrigerant a fair price?

Project Details

The condenser motor is apparently going out, but it should be covered by my home warranty. I need three lbs of R-410A refrigerant because a previous technician illegally released a bunch of it into the air. I feel like I'm getting ripped off with this price and am unsure if it's fair.
