Is $383 to pull and clean blower assembly a fair price?

Project Details

My system is 6 years old, and this quote is from a yearly tune up recommending services due to dirty blower/biological material. I'm not sure if these are fair prices or essential, and if the UV system is worthwhile given the age or any other aspect.
