I paid $120 for the diagnostic call. I'm currently out of town and cannot confirm the specific serial number or model, but I suspect it's builder-grade quality. I'm considering getting quotes for both the repair and a full system replacement and am wondering if I'll incur multiple diagnostic charges from different businesses.
