Is $5,000 to replace 23 convector radiator bleeder screws and tubes a fair price?

My convector radiators function perfectly however the bleeder screws are all worn/stripped with age, which prevents me from bleeding them easily with a key. I have to unscrew them from the threaded fitting in order to bleed. I understand there is a ton of labor and a decent bleeder is probably $65 each, but this sounds excessive.

Replace bleeder screws and tubes for 23 convector units. Work includes: - Remove each convector cover - Drill hole in cover on side where air accumulator is located on element - Install brass bulkhead fitting with 1/8" FNPT connections - Install brass bleeder valve with thumb wheel into bulkhead fitting face - Install 30 inches of 1/4" OD copper tubing from air accumulator to bulkhead fitting - Assumes system is already drained for convector flush
