Is $7,777 to upgrade attic insulation, seal basement band joists, and aeroseal HVAC ducts a fair price?

Project Details

I am excited to finally kick off my project after following this sub for a while. My 75-year-old house has minimal attic insulation and none in the basement. I am considering a potential $1,200 federal tax credit if the project is completed by the end of 2025. I have questions regarding the need to vacate for 3 full days due to the open-cell spray foam, the reasonableness of the pricing for a medium/high cost-of-living area, the value of spray foam on the band joists in the unfinished utility room (10% of the basement) given the rest is finished, and whether the duct cleaning and Aeroseal are worth the $2K cost. The Aeroseal is an internal spray that seals all the metal duct joints; my house's ducts are probably original and have visible gaps, including one I previously sealed myself.
