Is $7,200 to demolish a kitchen a fair price?
Project Details
I am getting my kitchen remodeled and was quoted this price for the demolition. The floor area of the kitchen is 350 sq ft. The price seems high to me, and I'd like to know if it's the current market price. Google suggests it should be 3-5% of the project cost, and my quote is more than double that.
