Is $15,000 to purchase Diamond express and Diamond one cabinet lines from Lowe's a fair price?

Remodeling my kitchen and making decisions is really hard with so many options and parameters to consider. Reaching out to this community for some pros and cons for choosing the Lowe's (within my budget) over the pricey semi custom. RTA would not work for us. We need some double oven wall cabinetry.
