Is $43,000 to install Taj quartzite countertops and backsplash with a custom sink a fair price?

I am unsure if I want to spend this much on the slabs. I am questioning if the veining on the Taj quartzite is too much. I plan to use it on all countertops and backsplash and make a custom sink of it. I want to get it honed. I am also doing alabaster and some white oak in the space. I initially thought the quote was unreasonable and asked for a better price.
