Is $3,800 to install honed black mist granite countertops a fair price?
Project Details
My kitchen is relatively small and has some inconvenient layout issues that couldn’t be solved unless I was willing to alter exterior walls (i.e. move a door or windows). Given that my home is about 60 yrs old and brick that presented some serious difficulties. The L and an island was the best possible compromise. I’m well aware of how to evaluate quotes as I’ve renovated multiple homes and investment properties over my life but it’s been a number of years since I’ve done granite and was curious about others’ recent experience.
