Is $5,500 to install and finish drywall in basement a fair price?

Project Details

I am getting ready to finish my basement, which is roughly 950 sq. ft., in Northeast PA. I originally planned to hang the drywall myself and bring in someone to finish, but I'm considering having a professional handle the whole job if the price is fair. The framing is not done yet, as I'm taking my time on it. I'm trying to plan ahead and get a feel for what's fair in my area. I am strapping the ceiling with 2x4 on one side for pipes to be hidden and 1x3 on the other side where no pipes are.
