Is $2,000 to install a new door a fair price?

My condo was damaged by a hurricane, and the contractor we must use is charging $2000 to put up a new door, even though Home Depot sells the door for $465. I have no choice but to accept this price. This is part of a full remodel of a 20-unit complex. My spouse usually does this kind of work, but due to permitting, he cannot install this door, which is frustrating as we both worked in the trades. I'm also frustrated because they didn't get other quotes. I'm questioning if this is a fair price, and I feel a little violated by the situation.
