Is $12,500 to perform concrete and foundation work including footing, column, foundation wall, slab, waterproofing, and steps (estimator's total) a fair price?

Project Details

My estimator and sub pricing have a massive gap, especially with concrete work, and I would greatly appreciate any advice. My estimator also flagged that pricing a single 24x24x12 pad footing at $2,850 makes no sense and is way too high for that size. The work is all in the cellar, and the stairs are going from the cellar to the front entrance.
