Is $33,000 to re-side the condo building in vinyl a fair price?
Project Details
I am worried about what they did to the mini split. Before the new siding the mini split sat parallel to the building, after the siding it is noticeably tilted. Also, the siding seems to have just been jammed underneath the mini split support bracket. The vinyl siding underneath the support bracket is being crushed and warped. My assumption was that they would sub contract with an HVAC person to have the mini split removed, then finish the siding, and then have the HVAC person re-install. I am questioning if the quote they provided to reside the entire building includes measures to properly reside behind the mini split.
