Is $2,650 to replace an interior door to the garage a fair price?
Project Details
I had Lowes come out to do a measurement/quote to replace our entry way door and one interior door that leads to the garage. For our entry way (which has one side glass to the right of the door), they specifically said that they cannot replace just the door - the entire frame must be replaced including the side glass and I need to use a whole new insert. I am so confused on why. The interior door is 20 minute rated, which was called out specifically in the measurement as it is now code.
