Is $4,050 to replace cracked crawlspace posts with smart jacks a fair price?

Project Details

I had an existing crawlspace smart jack adjusted today. While the contractor was down there, he noted that some posts along the center line of my house are cracked. I'm concerned if these cracks are actually cause for concern or just seem like normal checking/vertical cracks in wooden posts.
