Is $675 to paint interior with Sherwin-Williams Duration a fair price?
Project Details
I'm thinking of painting the interior of my 1903 build, which has natural wood trim and hardwood. I'm trying to decide between Sherwin-Williams Duration and Benjamin Moore Ben paint. SW is having a 30% sale on Duration. The painter's cost is the same for both, so the only price difference is the paint itself. I'm wondering if Duration is much more durable and worth the extra cost, especially since the house is intended to be a rental, and I'm not sure how well the walls will be taken care of. I'm considering if spending more on better paint makes sense versus a cheaper route if touch-ups will be frequent regardless. I'm leaning towards Duration matte.
