Is $463 to repair paint chips on a wall in a rental unit a fair price?
Project Details
I hung some posters on the walls of my apartment with adhesive stickers. When I took them down, it left multiple little nicks in the paint, which I was shocked by how quickly it peeled off. I figured this was normal wear and tear. I feel this quote is excessive for a couple of small dings in the paint and thought it would be a simple fix with putty and paint. I am wondering if I am being ripped off or if this seems reasonable for what is required.
