Is $20,000 to recoat 36 cabinet doors and drawers a fair price?

My cabinets were ordered from the manufacturer with the colors reversed; the island was supposed to be dark and the rest of the cabinets light. They came painted from the factory with the Gallery Series in the wrong colors. I have experience painting cabinets from the old pigmented lacquer days all the way through to the new 2K products. I'm trying to determine if I can just scuff and squirt (GX19) with Gallery Series or if I will have to prime them.
