I've been having challenges getting three contractors lined up to bid for a sprinkler installation. The only quote I've managed to get comes in at a little over $11K and includes plans, permits, materials, and install. Otherwise, I've been ignored, ghosted, or rejected for not being a new build. Home is 4BR, 2 BA, single story.
